The Owls Elite 8 appearance is a 5-year journey for Coach May and Mike Forrest
The FAU Owls are in the midst of the programs best season ever as they have danced their way to the Elite 8. For Coach May and Mike Forrest this journey is five years in the making. After taking the job, Coach May’s first order of business was to recruit Mike Forrest to his program. He has been the heart of this program but got off to a slow start in the tournament not scoring a point in the first two games. However in the Sweet-16 he got his Swag back.
